I had been looking for a French style bed for weeks and can’t believe I came across Feather & Black in Wednesbury. Amazing beds and outstanding customer service which I received from Angelo who went over and above what anyone would expect in helping me. He was friendly yet very professional, he even moved furniture about when I was so indecisive, but at the same time didn’t influence my decision. My order was placed and I cannot recommend highly enough.

Delivery men were very helpful & friendly . They willingly carried mattress upstairs which was so helpful !

Bed frame itself is great, the big issue I have was the amount of unnecessary packaging it came in !!!
Volumes of polystrene boards which are really hard to recycle and get rid of properly. Thats why I've only given it 3 stars, there are better and more greener ways to package these items.

Professional service from start to finish, delivery service was great - polite delivery men and placed items where we wanted them and took away all the rubbish afterwards.

I have ordered two sets of bed linen in the past 2 weeks and I am extremely happy with the quality ( beautiful and true to size ) and with how quickly it was delivered. Even though the first order was lost with the DPD , I phoned Feather & Black and they have reordered the bed linen and it arrived 2 days later. Excellent customer service. I have been recommending Feather & Black to all my family and friends. Keep up the good work, and thank you.

Website not that good but rang head office who sorted everything out with great efficiency and ease . Spoke to extremely helpful woman, would definitely recommend company to others so far .

Found just what we were looking for. Lovely lovely man who worked on the upper floor dealt with our order. Very efficient and knowledgeable. (Think his name was Angelo.)

Really good experience. Charlie was very helpful & knowledgeable & not “pushing” us to buy at all. It was a shame we weren’t able to actually see the bed we ended up buying , but hopefully we will love it like our last one f&b back in 2006.

A great experience. The delivery was free and efficient. I especially liked how we could choose our delivery day with no extra costs including weekends.

The bed is of a high quality and easy to put together. It also came with a fabric care guide.

Happy with our new double Oliver Bed in matt black but not entirely sure it will last the 15+ years we've had our previous F&B beds. Feels very lightweight in comparison and only time will tell how the powder coating will hold up. But it looks really stylish and perfect for a teen. It was quick and easy to assemble. The slats are pine and a couple already had slight splits in them - pine is obviously a soft wood and a cheap option so would suggest that F&B is skimping on quality. Bought for my 13 year old & he's delighted with it. We also bought the double Ambleside mattress which is firm but very comfortable.

New white bedframe, nice design, very good price. Have previously bought the Oliver bed from F&B so buying another metal bed was a reasonably worry free experience. Very happy with purchase and delivery from the Dreams team was excellent (they turned up a bit early but you can't fault them for that).

Every now and again, you come across customer service so good,you are actually happy to hand over your hard earned money. The service l received from Jo at Feather & Black, Watford was one of those occasions. Knowledgeable, friendly and super helpful with any question we asked...even over the phone after we left. Nothing was too much trouble, even giving us her honest opinion and information about possible long delivery times. Her colleagues were also very personable. Oh, and the actual bed is of excellent quality, so worth the investment!
